Rental of caravan-mobile home and booking of pitches
1 - Bookings are accepted upon reception of:
a) the duly compiled form;
b) the agreed deposit.
2 - Late arrival or early departure shall not entitle clients to refunds or deductions in respect of the total amount payable, as per the booking form, with reference to the price list in place at the time of booking.
3 - Validity of reservation: in the event of non-arrival within 24 hours of the due day, the validity of the booking shall cease, and the campsite shall be authorised to rent out the pitch or the caravan-mobile home to other clients; the persons having booked shall forfeit their deposit and may not lay any claims thereto; those departing early or arriving late, if they find a place, may choose the most convenient alternative: either paying for the entire period agreed upon at the time of booking or forfeiting the deposit and paying for the period actually spent, with reference to the price list in place at the time of arrival.
4 - Pitches are assigned by the management only. In pitches it is possible to install only: tents, trailer tents and caravans; all other installations are forbidden, such as sunshades, gazebos or makeshift canvas sheeting.
5 - Accommodation or pitches shall be assigned by 12.30 pm; guests must vacate accommodation by 9.30 am and pitches by 12 pm. Guest arrivals and departures shall only be allowed during office hours.
6 - On arriving at the Campsite those hiring a caravan or mobile home must leave a deposit of Lire 500,000, which will be returned at the time of departure after the management has ensured that no damage has been caused to the accommodation or to its contents.
7 - It is forbidden to bring animals into rented caravans or mobile homes; if this rule is not abided by, a sum of Lire 150,000 shall be charged for disinfestation.
8 - Animals may only stay on the Campsite if they are on a lead and wear a muzzle, otherwise they shall be removed therefrom.
9 - Bookings are only valid if they are confirmed by the management; group bookings do not guarantee the availability of adjacent pitches unless special arrangements are made and confirmed in writing.
10 - Differences between booking information and the actual size of the group or of the vehicle/accommodation structure may lead to the management refusing entry; this does not entitle the client to claim return of the deposit.
11 - Any damage accruing to caravans and mobile homes shall be repaired as quickly as is technically possible, and shall not entitle guests to claim discounts or refunds; it is to be understood that if the trouble is the fault of the guest, the latter shall make good the damage, authorising the management to deduct from the deposit paid the cost of the damage caused; if the trouble is not caused by the guest, repair costs shall be borne by the management.
12 - The competent court for all disputes shall be that of Lanusei.
